Cancelation Policy

Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth scheduling process and accommodate other clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation by Client:
- Cancellations made 4 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time will not incur any charges.
- Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment will not get back their $5 deposit and will pay 50% of the original payment price.
Cancellation by Us:
- If we need to cancel an appointment, you will receive a full refund of your $5 deposit and a 10% discount on your next lesson.
